VIP Med provides medical travel coordination services between Kazakhstan and Barcelona, Spain. We act as your personal concierge to help arrange:
- Hospital and specialist consultations in Barcelona
- Medical translation services
- Travel and accommodation logistics
- Visa documentation support
- On-site assistance during your medical stay
2. What We Are Not
VIP Med is NOT:
- A hospital or medical treatment provider
- A licensed medical practitioner or healthcare provider
- A travel agency or tour operator
- An insurance company or benefits administrator
3. Medical Responsibility
Important: All medical decisions, treatments, and outcomes remain solely the responsibility of:
- The treating physicians and medical specialists
- The hospitals and medical facilities where you receive care
- You, the patient, in consultation with your healthcare providers
VIP Med coordinates logistics and communication but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. No Guarantees
We explicitly do not guarantee:
- Any specific medical outcomes or treatment results
- Availability of specific doctors or hospital slots
- Visa approval (we assist with documentation only)
- Cost estimates from hospitals (these are hospital responsibilities)
5. Fees and Payments
Our services are billed as follows:
- Coordination Fee: Charged for pre-travel planning, hospital liaison, and documentation support
- On-Site Support: Optional services including translation, accompaniment, and daily assistance
- Medical Costs: You pay hospitals and medical providers directly for all medical services
- Travel Costs: Flights, accommodation, and local transport are your responsibility (we can arrange but you pay directly)
We provide detailed fee breakdowns before you commit to our services.
6. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical information
- Obtain necessary travel insurance (we strongly recommend comprehensive medical travel insurance)
- Follow all medical advice from treating physicians
- Pay all fees as agreed upon
- Comply with visa and immigration requirements
- Inform us of any changes to your medical condition or travel plans
7. Confidentiality
We treat all your personal and medical information confidentially and will not share it without your explicit consent, except:
- With hospitals and medical providers as necessary for your care
- As required by law or legal processes
- To coordinate your travel and accommodation arrangements
8. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or postpone:
- Coordination fees are generally non-refundable once hospital appointments are confirmed
- On-site support fees may be partially refundable depending on timing
- Hospital cancellation policies are set by the hospitals, not by VIP Med
- We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations
9. Limitation of Liability
VIP Med's liability is limited to the coordination fees you have paid. We are not liable for:
- Medical outcomes or complications
- Hospital errors or service quality
- Travel disruptions or delays
- Visa denials or immigration issues
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and Kazakhstan as applicable to the services provided.
